Police Cite Concerns Over Their Own DNA (But not your's)I have noticed over the years that Cops get away with all kinds of stuff that you and I don't. The headline is the latest episode in the distinction between us and them. For example, cops are allowed to carry guns in states such as New York and California, while the average citizen is not. They have special protections against people trying to find information about them while our information is freely available to anyone who wants it. I find this disgusting. Where, in any constitution of any state, does it say that there are some who are more important than others or deserve special protection from the people? I've read through various state constitutions and aside from California's (which was given up on in the 1960's for the ease of legislation), none of them state anything that states "Cops are more protected than you and I". If the cops don't like being subjected to the police state for which they work, they have a single option: quit. If they can take my DNA, then we should all have access to theirs. There should be no objection by the police when it is they who enforce the rules.

Remember that "crazy" Russian professor who said the US would break up into 6 sections? Well, I think it may happen and it will be a good thing. First off, let me say that the "old south" of Texas through Georgia will not be a part of Mexico. I think the people will stop that. The rest of it - California going to the Chinese, etc. will happen, if it has not already. Looking at the post from Zero Hedge recapping what UBS said about the Eurozone breakup and civil war, I think thats possible too. What we will need to keep the US war mongers in both parties from doing is getting involved in this war. There are many on both sides who will foment this war in Europe and see it as a way for the US economy to recover. This will not help us. It will drive us deeper into debt and possibly drag us into the war. Given our current political structure and those in power's need for controlling the people, this is what is needed by (especially Obama) to control the people. Most of us were not alive, but during WWII, there was massive control over everything by the state. I still have some of the food and fuel rations used by my grandparents. Could you imagine the technocratic state that would be put into place?

I now go back to the civil war in europe. It is the perfect excuse for authoritarian rule. Recall Hitler? Think about what is going on in the middle east and much of Europe; it is rife for war. Israel is gone. Much of Europe's boundaries will be redrawn and it will be under the guise of reclaiming lost funds. Since the US's stocks, etc. will go bust and no one will be willing to buy our bonds, we too will fall. Remember that Obama was for the uprising in Egypt and we all know how he bombed the crap out of Libya. It was the start of a lot of the violent uprising in Europe. One of Obama's closest advisors also called for the destruction of Israel. Funny how things work themselves out for the war-mongering power-elite. Things are coming together as Bush planned and Obama is executing. This time, however, Hitler will be from the USA. Maybe this is Obama's Reichstag fire.

Or maybe its all of the crazy talk coming out of the left that will cause our own civil war. Between this crazy talk and our own financial crisis coming, we ourselves will be neck deep in war. Prepare yourself - its the left that will try and use government to control you and I.

Obama on Egypt

Granted this is pure speculation, but here is my take on Obama's role in the Egyptian civil unrest:

Egypt owns the Suez canal

ElBaradei, who was the former UN nuclear weapons inspector and who is friendly with the Muslim brotherhood, is being installed as the latest stooge in Egypt.

Here is how these items wrap together. Obama's administration is pushing green energy. What better way to accomplish this than by pushing the Muslim brotherhood into control of Egypt. They will at the best screw up the management of the canal and at worst, close it down completely - at the expense of their own people - but more-so at the expense of the US people. This will be plenty of reason for the Muslim Brotherhood to shut down the canal. This benefits Obama in a few ways: He likes Muslims and agrees with their struggle. He also likes green energy, the lie that it is. Obama has his hands on the overthrow of Mubarak as we have learned through Wikileaks. This will push oil into the stratosphere and give good reason to push the fraudulent green energy.

I could go on about the left and their love of the Muslim cause and their being behind Hitler and their abandoning Israel but I'll let you look it up.

Now onto ElBaradei. He was the former UN IAEA, which inspected Iran's nukes and said Iran was not looking to make nuclear arms, which everyone knows is a lie. But this fits with the leftist view of "anything to kill off Israel", doesn't it. He looks to be the appointed leader of Egypt by the USA. It makes any critically thinking person look at this as a New World Order thing. So, the USA controls enough of the world to appoint leaders in other countries, even if it is through CIA subversiveness as the Wikileaks documents say. Since the CIA was also using ElBaradei to practice rendition on both American citizens and foreign nationals of whom the CIA wanted information. It makes me wonder if ElBaradei was about to tell the world what was going on or something...

I forgot to mention that Obama is a Marxist and this ideology seems to have spread throughout the Muslim world. One tyranny or another Sharia or Marxism - its all the same to me. When will we fight this in our own country?

Republican Establishment

Today, the Republicans released the Pledge to America. This is a mere attempt by the RINO Republicans, which are a majority of the party, to control the incoming "new" Republicans' agenda.

The establishment Republicans are the problem and if there is no major change this year, then the entire party is the problem. Frankly, the Republican party has been a problem for a long time. I remember when I first voted, I asked my dad about who to vote for and he said "The ones with 'R's next to them. Well, of course I did but then a few years later asked him why, since both parties are awful. He said at the time and still thinks to this day, that you must pick the lesser of two evils. I disagree. We need to push out the Republican party.

Some tactics that may work:

* Have Libertarians or another similar party take over the local Republican parties
* Push through "Republicans" who will then switch en mass, to a 3rd party

We on the side of Liberty and freedom from government, are weak. We refuse to fight, we refuse to ignore them when they call us racist, we refuse to use the same tactics as the left do.

I've often thought this was because we have too much to lose in life but I'm starting to doubt it. I think that its just plain weakness. Do people really think that going through a gerrymandered system is really going to work? Or that the web of unconstitutional regulatory offices will be dismantled? I doubt it - because those who are in office are even more weak than your average Republican. All that will be gained in November will be shiny new red party hats with "R"s on them.

As Obama said, we need fundamental transformation and I agree. I just think the direction is wrong. With the Obama-ites, they want communism, whereas the right want a neutered theocracy. I want neither. I want freedom for everyone. An America where all people are regarded the same in the eyes of government. This does not mean this same government imposing its views on businesses or individuals. If some business wants to exclude whites or blacks or greens, I don't care. They will either succeed or fail on their own merit. In the real America, income taxes would be eliminated. We have a right to property and the theft of our income without recourse goes to the very heart of personal property. If we don't pay taxes, the government will seize our property. This means we have NO RIGHTS AT ALL.

Each little bureaucracy that is stood up diminishes our personal freedom.

The EPA is trying to control CO2, which doesn't harm anything - let alone hurt the earth.
The Justice Department, which is being used as a weapon against states.
The Education Department, it forces down the throats of states what some centralized bureaucrat thinks is a good idea for all of our indoctrinated kids.
The Social Security office, which is generational theft. Department of Homeland Security, its the SS of the US - monitoring everything and everyone; For our own safety of course.

I could go on down the line but until I see this from a party, I'll push "third party". Both the Republicans and Democrats will drive us off a cliff in their commie car. I'd rather fight and die than have my children be slaves to the state.

Carbon Taxes and World Currency

Why Quantitative Easing Sucks

Over the past few years, we have heard that quantitative easing (QE) is the way the economy can be fixed. I keep asking myself the same question, "Why, self, do these 'economists' think this works when it's proven to fail?". Even some of our more prominent CEOs, such as Intel's feel the same.

Well, the reason for this is not due to either constitutional authority nor sound economic doctrine. Its due to external forces. Other nations throughout the world have pushed the US to print money and infuse this into the economy. This is because these other countries, mostly European, did not want their model to look failed. Europeans have had a centralized economy for ever and its a failed model. Their economy has never been as strong as America's and, for lack of better words, they're jealous. Unfortunately, the current administration has the same feeling as Europe. The left in America also feels that we need to be slapped down a few notches.

From this view of America, the left is purposefully destroying our economy. What does this mean for us? At the very least, it means that we will have less impact in the world. Further, we will have less purchasing power as a nation, in many ways because of all of the Keynesian spending. Our national debt now has an anchor of a $500B per year interest payment attached to it. The only way out of this mess, not forgetting that we now have national healthcare along with the $53T in social security and Medicare debt, is to print money. This printing of money will cause massive inflation as central banks around the globe move away from the dollar. The course the left in this country has us on is both purposeful and intended to hurt us as a country. How could this not be treason or at the least meant to "fundamentally transform" America? It is, both.

As America's rulers are preparing more of this QE, we have the choice: Do we continue allowing the Republicans and Democrats to rule over us, or do we take our government back? Consider how the options of taking our country back change if we do run into a hyper-inflationary situation. China will come knocking and taking our land and we will have civil unrest unlike anything ever seen. We need to be prepared to fight for our country and defend it from both the political elite and outside forces. We are already under attack and people just dont see it yet...

Constitutional Authority

The United States Constitution states in the 16th amendment:

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

The 9th:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Th 10th:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Now the way that I understand supremacy, laws which are enacted by the federal government cannot then be re-created by the states. They can, however, be enforced by the states. Given this understanding, how is it that States can tax income if the Federal Government already does so.

If you review the US Government's argument to the Arizona's SB1070, you'll see that their argument is much in line with supremacy. Specifically:

Both separately and in concert, S.B. 1070’s provisions would subvert and interfere
with federal immigration laws and objectives; the law is therefore preempted.

Now, if this is the main case against the state, would not the Federal Government also be obligated to file similar suit for the subjugation of the people to additional taxation by the states.

I'd suppose you could continue down this line of thinking....

Glenn Beck is a tool

I'm off the Beck wagon. This whole "Follow Gandhi" thing is complete and utter stupidity. Couple of things really:

First, Ghandi appeased. America is not an appeasing nation; Its just not in our soul.

Second, People seem to forget when evoking Jesus that he was as much a political movement as a social one. They also forget that when the money changers where in his father's house, he forced them out. There are money changers in his father's house again.

The denunciation of the minor incidents at some traderous congressman's homes. Ok, so it wasn't the best idea for some folks to go throwing bricks through windows. What does that do - it doesn't even scare them. If we allow the communists in office to control the language and what we do in response to an awful thievery of our income, privacy and whatever else they want to take.

Its time to stand up. Its no longer time to be weak, people have had the opportunity to learn and become aware and all of the "right wingers" are just keeping the dough rolling in by pushing out a real revolution of freedom. If there is another American revolution for freedom all - everyone in power loses. Including the Becks and Hannitys.

A friend of mine said the other day that a revolution will only start when they come for our guns. Well, they don't need to take the guns. They will let you keep them until your broke and naked in the street. At that point you will gladly hand them over for a little of whatever they will give you. At that point, you are a slave with a gun, willing to do nothing with it.

We are at a crossroads and talking only works when one side does not control the conversation of another. Since I've been alive the left has controlled the conversation through political correctness and running public education. You cannot win when someone else controls the game and changes the rules at will. Its time to take our ball and start another game. Don't forget that we have the money, the education and the ability to start again. They have nothing. If we do not act now, then we will be broken.

US Jobs Report for January 2010

... Is complete crap. USA unemployment rate is now at 9.7%. But there were a million more jobs lost last year then were origionally counted. If the same accounting measures were used for current unemployment as was for the last year, then we would be at roughly 10.7%. There were also 15k-20k more jobs lost last month than gained, so how does that work? Aside from them flat out lying by omission or statistical manipulation. The real unemployment rate is at 17-18%

With greater than 1% of unemployed no longer looking, that not only is the sole reason for any loss in unemployment but it also shows that this would add to the real unemployment rate, which kicks that up to 18-19%. Wow, this is looking like FDR's depression. And look what Obama is doing - he is recreating the same environment as FDR did with the Glass-Steagall act. Obama is purposefully tanking the economy. The reason for this is power, control of the people, etc. Its also a philosophy that he embraces: Marxism. The best way to take the world's most powerful example of capitalism is to take it down by way of its currency.

There is also some stuff on the horizon in terms of some sketchy financial dealings by the USA and manipulation in the gold market It will be interesting to see what happens here.

The Obama TSA nominee is a black guy. Why is this important? Because he says that its Whites who identify with the Christian Identity movement who are the real terrorist threat in America. Who does this guy think he is? I'm not to sure but what he sounds like is a hack at the Southern Poverty Law Center making up fake data about whomever. Last I checked it wasn't a bunch of skinheads flying planes into buildings.

Many do not understand why items (gasoline, etc.) cost so much and here is why: regulation. In the failing state of California, regulation costs those in business upwards of $500B per year.

Study done by California State University Sacramento

This study measures and reports the cost of regulation to small business in the State of California. It uses original analyses and a general equilibrium framework to identify and measure the cost of regulation as measured by the loss of economic output to the State’s gross product, after controlling for variables known to influence output. It also measures second order costs resulting from regulatory activity by studying the total impact – direct, indirect, and induced. The study finds that the total cost of regulation to the State of California is $492.994 billion which is almost five times the State’s general fund budget, and almost a third of the State’s gross product. The cost of regulation results in an employment loss of 3.8 million jobs which is a tenth of the State’s population. Since small business constitute 99.2% of all employer businesses in California, and all of non-employer business, the regulatory cost is borne almost completely by small business. The total cost of regulation was $134,122.48 per small business in California in 2007, labor income not created or lost was $4,359.55 per small business, indirect business taxes not generated or lost were $57,260.15 per small business, and finally roughly one job lost per small business.

Now this is just for business. Per individual, just the cap and trade bill will raise taxes by $3100 per family of 4 per year - and this is just as it comes into play not extending out as the crazy legislation becomes more contstrictive. As job losses mount, total cost per individual would be at least $5000. Because it would not allow growth and it would destroy the economy and this kind of new tax would decrease the economy by $4T, annually. Since America's GDP is roughly $14T, our wealth at ~$50k per American, would be cut by 1/3. As government takes over your life and assume control of it, they also lessen your ability to fight back or choose another route. They do this by taking your money for with financial resources comes true liberty in a letigious society.

The "Gate Crasher" Hoax

As reported at World Net Daily , the couple that "snuck" into the Whitehouse had some pretty close ties to Khalidi, who is a PLO supporter and terrorist fundraiser. This could make one wonder who is allowed into the White House for a couple of reasons; namely because Obama had already met this couple, the Salahis, a few years ago at a Black Eyed Pees concert (photo featured below). Since we know that Khalidi is a PLO supporter and anti-Isreal, we could also wonder what Obama's feelings are about Israel.

Those who think he is a closet Muslim (me!) think that he is also on a long list of those who would like to see Israel wiped off the face of the earth. Given that Tareq Salahi and Khalidi both served on a board for the American Task Force for Palestine, I'd say that there is no story for the news media to cover. The Salahi's (gate crashers) were most likely let in because they knew everyone and Obama did not want people to put him with these folks, thus they were not on the list.

Obama did not want to be associated with the Salahi's because it ties him even more closely with PLO radicals and Muslims; it also blows up a lot of his lies about who he really is. He is a radical who would love nothing more than to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. Well, you're a mad man, Hitl... uhh, Obama and you can try and create a lot of noise about investigations into your secret service and whatever but it will go nowhere.

The irony is that this story came out and is flooding the MSM while healthcare, etc. are being debated. This is a cover story for something else - I wonder what is really going on that this story is noising over.

Diversity Kills 13, Wounds 31

On November 5,2009 Diversity killed 13 US Army troops and wounded 31. Diversity had a name and it was Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a doctor in the Army who was tasked with counseling the troops about the issues they had while in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Maj. Hasan had thrown up all red flags saying he believed in jihad against American troops, even to the extent that he even had SoA (Soldier of Allah) on his business cards. He spoke openly about how the Taliban or other terrorist groups should defend themselves in both theaters of war amongst other items. Yet, because of his race and religion, this man was allowed to continue "serving" in the Army and was even promoted.

No longer is our military based on merit and hard work, but like the rest of government and wherever industry they can get their dirty hands on.

Diversity, Liberalism and the Obama administration killed these troops; Let there be no mistake about it. They may never be brought to justice, but then again American justice no longer exists. Not until Americans again start administering it themselves.

While troops are overseas

While our troops are overseas fighting for who knows what now, our country is being turned inside out. This is by design. Frankly the entire destruction of our country is by design. President Obama looks to be forcefully taking over every facet of our economy while the guys with the big guns are away and unable to get the news. Maybe just a coincidence but I doubt it. Obama is too well planned for that. Kill the dollar, wear out the troops, take over the country. I even heard on the news that there may not be enough money in the budget to get the troops home from Iraq. Crazy, isn't it.

Fallout From Health Care

In a story published yesterday we see that the Feds are already trying to control more food packaging. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to control. The reasoning for this, according to the article, is because of food-borne illness.

"Hardly a week goes by that there isn't a report of an outbreak of food-borne illness or death in America," Durbin said. "The current system really just reacts to food illness. We have to have a system that is protective of consumers" by preventing outbreaks or nipping them in the bud.

Why does it matter that food-borne illness causes sickness other than the feds preparing to have to pay for the fallout. Its this kind of control that is ridiculous for it is not the federal government's job to protect you from food. If you're fat, should they control your diet? Surely obesity causes many deaths per year.

The free market has a way to deal with this: If you produce bad food, people don't buy it and you go out of business. Problem solved with no government intervention.

This is of course assuming that Obama is not trying to tank the dollar and the food supply. If you cut off food via the FDA and kill the dollar via inflation, you are able to replace the current founding with one of your own. This would be the crisis needed to socialize the entire economy. This is a taking over of our country by theft via tax and social justice with the handouts. What we will have by the time 2012 comes around and the Republicans can start raping the treasury is a dictatorship. Are you willing to have your children be little Obama-ite slaves? I'm not. We must fight back in any way needed to protect your country. We have the right to defend ourselves and attack anyone who goes against the Constitution and our country. Those who have pledged this and are currently working for the government (our military) have the obligation to protect us and throw out the impostor in the white house. Why have they not yet done so? When all else fails, the people need to organize, which we must start doing now.

Obama packs the courts

Just a couple of weeks ago, another one of Obama's minions was caught being dumb. This champ was Van Jones. He was a Communist, Black Nationalist, amongst other things. Just like the Military Director, Louis Caldera joined the Center for American Progress , Van Jones joined as well.

This is a Communist organization that has many ties back to the White House. For one, the border Czar, Alan Bersin is on the board of directors at the Center for American Progress and it was started by an ex-Clintonite, Podesta. At what point in time are these "legitimate" organizations going to be shut down for the shams that they are?

We should not let these people hold any public office and they should be tried for treason. Every last one of them. Unfortunately, they own the court system - some are even married to judges. There are very few options left to the American people to save us from the Communists throughout our system. Even the school system is owned by the communists. Bersin used to run the schools in California - no wonder they were so crazy.

What is missed about MLK

People always talk about how Martin Luther King Jr. had a non-violent approach to civil rights and this is what won the civil rights debate in the 1960's. If you look at what was going on then, you will realize that there were a ton of people working on civil rights. Most of them white, outspoken communists who saw the civil rights debate as a reason to topple governments. These folks were all violent while MLK Jr. was a soft spoken man who disobeyed but never went beyond. The black nationalists were walking around LA carrying guns and taking over the streets.

The black nationalists won, not King. Look at today's political environment, it it God fearing peaceful men like King that are in power or is it power hungry black nationalists and white communists who are running the country? It is the latter of course. King got the credit and died while those who did the work and took over the streets, scaring the white people into submitting -- THEY WON. King died.

The black nationalists are in the white house with their white Communists friends. We can lay down and play dead - ending up this way as King did. On the other hand, we can fight back and let others die for our cause while scaring people back into their place. I refuse to be a white slave to some oligarchy. This is not Africa with an unwieldy dictator in office - Someone just needs to tell this to the dictator in office.

Controlling Your Every Move

Some have said that the Obama administration's takeover of health care will have no impact on how they live their lives. I completely disagree with that ridiculous argument. Lets take something simple into perspective: The Soda Tax. The US government is already telling you what you can and cannot eat based on what? Nothing really. That it costs the government $150 billion per year? This is not possible considering the government is not paying for your health care and should have little or no input into what you consume. How about smoking. The recent $1 per pack [regressive] tax is another instance of them telling you that they know better than you do.

What is to come of it all when they do control your health care? They will be able to tell you flat out that if you drink soda or smoke, then you are getting no care at all. I'm not ok with this scenario. I don't like someone telling me what I can or cannot eat or drink. The American people are not made to be told how to live - we freak out like a cornered animal. Maybe this is what Obama is planning for. I don't know, but he is not planning for a sustainable American future. Health Care

As I'm sure you're all aware, health care "reform" is coming whether you like it or not. Even if there is a public "option", then it will still completely kill off private insurance.

Lets take the example of the mobster as he is just like government. The mobster comes to your place of business and takes 35% of what you make. Then the mobster starts a business that directly competes with yours while still taking 35% of your income. On top of this craziness the mobster, because he is able to extort other people, dictates what you can and cannot sell and how much you can charge for your services.

Now, if this were a mobster doing this instead of the government, they would thrown in jail - and fast. Instead, because it does not affect them directly, the citizenry is standing by and watching; hoping that mean old uncle sam does not come after them.

I am willing to bet that soon we will see tax code changes. Right now the government does not take your entire life savings when you die. This is better known as the death tax. Being that the feds are out of money, they will need to up the intake in the very near future. This can easily be done by putting the death tax back in. They would get 100% of the assets that people have upon death. You know what would work great with this "upgrade" in the tax code? Government ran health care. They will kill off the old people and take their money. Don't believe it, just watch.

The Case for Civil Disobediance in the 2010 Census

The 2010 census is said to be ran by the ACORN group, which we all should know has had problems with honesty and the law. The US Constitution gives authority to the Federal Government to not only count the people but

The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct

It is the "[I]n such Manner as they shall by Law direct". Two things jump out here: Manner is capitalized, which means its referring to the Law Makers. The other is the sentence itself, which states that it is completely legal to write law that asks more than just "How many people live here".

There are some problems with this though. From the Government census page:

Some people consider participating in the census as important as voting. But, unlike voting, the census touches everyone living in the United States -- regardless of age or citizenship status. As one of the foundations of our democratic process, the census provides every person in the United States with an equal voice in Congress.

Now this goes against federal and state law that DOES restrict voting rights, which are protected under the 14th Amendment. Also having much to do with the 14th Amendment, is that counting those who are not legal would disproportionately give more voice to those who are illegal in Cities and States such as L.A. and California. This misrepresentation of actual citizens to a given city or state would be used to redraw districts and stack the deck for one political party over another. This I think would be illegal based on fraud, or any other number of illegalities commonly ignored.

Onto the second issue of asking too much information of the singular person and depriving the person of their personal effects.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I pose the question, is not the government asking personal questions the same as them seizing personal information? I think it is.

While Everyone Talks About Healthcare

As with many dictatorial leaders, including the infamous George H.W. Bush, Obama is playing the magic trick game. This is when you are doing something flashy with your right hand while the left is making the "magic".

There has been enormous pressure put on the dollar for the last 8-9 months, all the while more power has been put into the Federal Reserve, which is a private corporation. If you have been paying attention, you'll notice that China and Russia will play with the dollar much like a bear playing with it's prey. They will move it up, then down; Likewise with inflation which, of course, is linked to the dollars value and the number of dollars in circulation. To put this into prospective, take a gander at the graph below. Study it closely as there will be a quiz.

As you can see, the Federal Reserve and the US Treasury have released 1,000,000,000,000 extra dollars onto the market. This has a few implications:

Inflation or the lessening of the dollars worth, which is a fundamental of the supply and demand economy.

Bonds and Interest Rates, which is one of the only tools you have to rein in out of control inflation. As anyone with a household budget knows, its a lot easier to spend money than it is to save it. The Federal Reserve and the bond market are the Federal Government's credit card. They can issue bonds, which are just like saying, "I'll pay you later".

The reason the dollar and inflation, thus interest rates, stay relatively stable are due to the responsibility factor. Those who purchase our bonds: China ($763B), Japan($685B),etc totaling $3.2T, expect us to have some kind of restraint in our spending. They now notice we do not and are starting to pull back. They see that we are also starting to spend money on crazy and stupid stuff like National Healthcare.

Foolish spending will also cause our lender rating (credit score) to go down, which will require us to pay more to finance our loans. This is completely unsustainable as anyone would guess, and there are only a few options for getting out of this. We can pay on it, however high the price and cost to the people. Of course to pay this off in a single generation would require stoppage of all "handouts" and bailouts and *outs and a tax rate of near 100%. Shoot me. The other option is to inflate the money until it is valueless and pay everything off when the dollar is cheap. This we can do and will do with the printing press.

The outcome of this will be a greater great depression and war. As President FDR realized, war is the only other way to get out of a depression as Keynesian Economics does not work and in my opinion unethical. It is unethical because the only way for a government to get money is to take it from someone else eg. ME. When Obama has ruined this country to the point of no return, he will invite war as FDR did. We are in for a wild ride.

Government Responsibility

The government of the United States has taken over nearly all aspects of American industry and personal life, so at what point do they start taking responsibility for it? I ask this question much like the Europeans do. Since the government in Europe "owns" the people and their future their citizens require answers. We should too.

The "We" own the car companies talk is completely misstated. Obama owns the car companies and needs to be held accountable in one way or another. The same goes for California and their court system. I was divorced some time back and the court refers to my son as a "ward of the state". He was given to his mother during the divorce as most children are and has since been beaten horribly by her boyfriend(s). We went to court recently and pictures were shown of my sons bruises and choke marks. The Judge, Family Court Services and the Child Protective Services all agreed that it was best for my son to stay with his abusive mother because he "Identifies with her".

Here is the catch. I am not in California and I'm white whereas my son's mother is Filipino. Identification now takes on a completely different meaning doesn't it. This is the liberal racist coming out in the California courts. The same liberals who voted in Jim Crow law and loved Mussolini at the same time hating the Jews have not changed. They are still a racist bunch and are still sitting on the bench.

Since these racists have disallowed the people from having control of their own destiny, they now must take responsibility for it. The California court has twice given my son to his mother based on racial identity even though there is physical proof of abuse. Now it is the judges who are at fault; and the state itself. If they want responsibility the State is now going to deal with the outcome of the abuse. Not only have they just received responsibility for the abuse perpetrated against my son but they will have to deal with that responsibility.

Natural law gives us the ability to have life, liberty and property. The California court system have stolen life and liberty from my son; property from me in the form of my son and the wages stolen, given to his mother as reward for beating him. I will post all relevant court documents as soon as I get them but in the meantime think about where we are going as a country. Do we want this and is there any way out of it? Do we want the government to control every aspect of our lives? Do we want this kind of racist abuse of the system? What options do we have? Do we not have a God-given right to freedom and the ability to protect ourselves and those we love?

Since our most fundamental rights have been taken away, be it the car dealerships or my child, the Government must be stopped before we all turn into slaves. We have one leg in bondage, do we want both? People often say the Germans did not know what was happening when Hitler took over. I think they did and the people know what is happening here too; they just choose to ignore it. They are coming for the children and no one is speaking. They have come for the businesses and no one is speaking. Will anyone speak for you when they come? Will there be anyone left?

Flu Frenzy

There has been a lot of talk about the swine flu all over the news. I believe the swine flu is news for the sake of news and what is not being reported is the real news. There are a few things going on that have not had any media time because of the flu frenzy.

Mexico is closing down its largest city and thus causing their currency - the peso - to drop. This will cause a financial panic in Mexico and drive Mexicans northward into the USA. Not to say that the intent was not met. The Obama administration has clearly stated they want to legitimize the illegal population here in the US by granting them amnesty,thus ensuring the future of the socialist/democrat party. What better way to do this than by having a flu and financial panic in Mexico, which would flush the people northward. Keeping the borders open would just facilitate the flushing, and we get stuck with the.. Well, you get it.

America will not close it's borders, so there cannot be a real disaster here. If there is one, its government planned and executed. Drudge had a link up on his site last night pointing out that the CDC was the first to create this Avian-swine flu in 2004. Somewhat odd, don't you think? I mean all of this panic and they had already created the virus; and had done nothing with it, like create a cure. What are they all doing, other than spending out cash bailing out their bank buddies.

While this is going on, our Supreme leader, president Obama is pushing through his HHS secretary. Using his motto of "never let a good crisis go to waste", Obama is getting this done now because we have a health "scare" and he was unable to get the HHS approval otherwise.

On a similar note, Arlen Specter decided to switch parties today. Guess what? The fascist socialist democrats now have a filibuster proof senate. How much do you want to bet we'll see government ran healthcare really soon. Not that we've had much of a free market in the last few years but good-bye free market. Its over folks, we are now as communist as the soviets were. Sweet, Now I can get a red jacket.

SOX and the dollar

There are many things that affect the dollar; You can see this in the way in fluctuates against other currencies around the world. Any currency fluctuates, if you watch it long enough - even gold. But why does our dollar have to? Over the last 90 or so years since the Federal Reserve Act was passed, the dollar has not once gone up in value. It has only gone down as the Fed has printed more money.

Since there is nothing to back up our currency, we will continually see the dollar fall. As of now, our dollar is worth under 10% of its value before the Fed took over the printing of these promissory notes. I agree that the previous banking system was not the best, it was quite slow. Slowness, however is not always that bad. In banking, slowness means thoughtfulness. People most likely understood exactly what they were getting into beforehand and this would have lead to much better decisions.

Because the banking system of 1900 was blamed for the minor recessions and the stock market scare of 1907, people wanted a change. The change they got was to move the old way of having to have funds which backed up each transaction. Since this time, the Fed has perverted the banking system to allow for the bankers to get a hold of new money, before inflation hit it. This is unfair to the people, for many reasons, but not the point of this writing.

There was a bill passed a few years back which enacted something called "Mark to Market". This depreciates assets held on a banks' books as the street value of an asset declines. What happened in the housing market ruined many of the banks - it just wasn't necessarily an issue of liquidity as many in the government would have you believe.

Its like this: if you buy a TV on a credit card, you still owe the same amount even though the TV will get older and it's resale value declines. This is negative equity in an item. Image this on a multi-billion dollar scale. That is the situation the banks were put into under the Sarbanes Oxley Bill, passed after the Enron debacle. Prior, banks were allowed to keep an asset on its books for what was the purchase price and it was not marked down. Yes, this could be misconstrued as dishonest, but its not. The bank is still promised the amount of money that was purchased for the item and much more than that due to interest rates and finance charges.

What the Mark to Market scheme did was nearly immediately make all banks insolvent. What the banks did in return was to lower interest rates on mortgages in cooperation with the US government to re-inflate their collapsed assets. This worked great for a few years until the housing prices fell apart. Had the properties would have been allowed to stay on the banks' books for what was owed, there would be no liquidity issue, thus no crisis. Why then would the Fed and those in Government decide to, instead, print money? Its a scam. Bush did it to make himself and family rich. Obama is doing it because he wants to take over business and turn us into Italy during Mussolini and (hopefully) prior to the Nazi takeover of said country. No, I have no proof of the theory mentioned for the reason for printing the money. But I have mulled over it for a while and have no better explanation. Its the only thing that makes sense to me.

Collapsing Dollar

I've been going over why the Fed is printing money a lot lately. After going over it from every direction I can think of, There is a final solution that I have come to:

After leaving the gold standard in the early 1970's and going to a pure fiat currency, we gained the ability to do something magical with the dollar. We started being able to borrow large sums of money. We borrow by selling treasury bills to other countries which are a promissory note to repay, with interest and in dollars, the amount borrowed. Here is where it gets really tricky; The Fed creates a Federal Reserve dollar. This in itself is a promissory note from the US people to repay the debt of this dollar with the work of the American work product, or GDP. In the end what value does any fiat currency have? NOTHING.

If you kept up with the last paragraph, then you will hopefully realize that each dollar printed is an enslavement note. Now to the "magic". We borrow the money when a dollar is worth a - dollar. Because of a fiat currency's real value of 0, we can just print them, thus devaluing not only the new dollar but also ones already in circulation. Before printing, there was a TON of money made by banks and the Fed. They were able to do with each dollar originally borrowed whatever they wished. This could be moving it to another currency, or buying goods or services. When the money is paid back, it the inflated - or devalued - dollar being worth less because there are so many more in circulation.

Because of the amount the USA is in debt, you will see our government start printing more and more money, thus devaluing the dollar purposefully and more easily paying back the debt owed.

Watch out for your buddy inflation!

Last night, the Fed bought $1,000,000,000,000 in debt. That is that they printed it out of thin air. On this news, gold rose $60/oz. You wait, if no one will borrow our debt, then the country has no other option than to print the money and this will cause massive inflation.

In an attempt to abort this mess and have people look at other issues, the government is going after specific people and making a bunch of hay about nothing. What I mentioned above is what was really going on yesterday and while the government was showing you that they are fighting the good fight against the evil "Corporate America" while they are killing your savings by printing up a TON of cash. Each dollar printed diminishes the value of the dollar in your pocket. THIS IS CRAZY!!! The government is stealing your cash without even having to tax you! Maybe this is so that a shared currency will make more sense and to bring us to a one world currency like China and Russia are calling for. There was a similar government in Germany, the Weimar Republic. This is where we are headed! Do you not think that the American people will revolt? Maybe not. Maybe we are too weak to understand what this means and what is really happening to American sovereignty and future for our children.

I hear radio personalities saying that Revolution will cause massive killing by the government (of the people) and will never accomplish the goal of taking our country back. I completely disagree. If the government is allowed to continue this crazy stealing of rights guaranteed us in the Constitution; then when the weak are finally awake it will be too late to do anything. People that are thinking as I do, then the government will be targeting you. I'm not paranoid. Check out what a terrorist is now; according to our "fearless leaders"

Anger over the Bailout Bonuses

There is a ton of anger over the AIG bailouts and the bonuses they give out. But why? Is it worth throwing away the constitution over?

Let me give some premise to the story. AIG was given billions of dollars in bailout bucks (kinda like Monopoly bucks, but worth less). To be more precise, they were *lent* about $85,000,000,000. Now I was under the impression that if you lend someone money, they were allowed to spend it as they see fit - of course thats unless there is a clause in the contract that says otherwise. Unfortunately for the US Government, there was not. In fact the opposite was there. Good old Uncle Sam wrote in that bonuses were to be kept in accordance with contracts signed with employees of AIG. Had AIG gone into bankruptcy as they should have, then we would not even have to be discussing this due to contracts being renegotiated in court. BUT, they did not; Instead they were bailed out and we are holding the bag.

After all of the spending and bailout talk (oh and did you hear we printed $1,000,000,000,000 out of thin air last night?) the American people still don't have a dime to show for it. In fact, these bonuses are the first dime to see an actual worker's hands. These people are going out to spend this $165M on stuff and this will boost the economy. Maybe the Obama team doesn't want you to realize how LITTLE cash it takes to boost the economy when they've been printing Trillions of dollars to give to their friends.

Congress, in their feigned outrage is drafting legislation to get this money back. This is unconstitutional, however, because it infringes upon Article 1 section 9:

" No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

In English, this says that the congress cannot target a specific group of people, nor are they able to pass a bill that retroactively enforces anything. This begs the question to the legality of tax brackets, but I digress.

Why the anger and the Congressional backlash? There is no reason other than popularity with the public. The bonuses pissed off the folks because the Obama administration has grown this anger between classes with their class-warfare campaign. Oops. That was a boo-boo huh? Maybe class warfare doesn't work very well. This is most notable because it was the Obama administration that put the stipulation into the AIG bailout that the employees can keep the bonus. Hmmm, then why are the people angry at AIG instead of Obama? Because they don't know. Well, now they do and Chris Dodd admitted it yesterday.

I say, let the guys at AIG keep the bonuses. At least someone will get some of the bailout cash - where did it go anyway? We have spent close to $90K per household in the US. How much better served would your household be if it were given $90K in cash? That would have caused stupendous spending sprees and would have allowed us to keep pumping the bubble. Its about to pop and its going to cause a revolution like this country has not seen since its birth.

Marxism or Capitalism?

I often hear people comparing Marxism to Capitalism, which is a fair comparison if you were not to put America in the Capitalism bucket. When you think of a Capitalistic society, often America comes to mind, but this is not the case when you dig into what Capitalism is. How I define it would be the chasing after money or, you guessed it, greed. Greed is a very powerful thing. It can cause a company to be hurtful but it can also cause a company to be good.

A company's greed can cause them to make changes in their services or employee work situation because they get bad press about it or they want to make more money and bad work environment or poor services causes income to decline. Why is this a bad thing? Greed, or completely free markets allow for self correction. What America has now, with its intervention into the smallest amount of money to be made or goods to be sold is far from pure Capitalism.

Now lets look at Marxism and the "company" again. With Marxist rule, more common with what America is experiencing today, the government decides which companies will fail and which will succeed. If a company's services are not performing, then they don't go out of business as they would under capitalism, they take money from the good companies and infuse it into the bad. This is accomplished, not by greed, but by envy. How envy? Lets replace the "company" with "people". One group of people, the Performers, work hard and make good money. The other group, the Slackers, well, they don't work hard. This latter group, although able, is unwilling to strive. In a pure Capitalistic society, these people would quite literally die off due to their lack of food or shelter. But because we are a quasi-Socialist country, the government comes in and by the barrel of a gun demands money from the Performers and gives it to the Slackers.

How is this even possible? Because we, as Americans, were given the ability to vote and thus the Slackers were given the ability to vote themselves money from the Performers. When, in the early 1900s the American people had the option to vote in an income tax, it was not a tax on themselves, but on the rich. Once again, the envy thing. The "Golden Rule" was not followed here... The American people wanted to tax the rich and get them back for what they felt was their being wronged. This was foolish and here we are nearly 100 years later and everyone is taxed. Not the rich but the common folks; The ones who were trying to get back at the rich guy for working hard and having more because of it.

The income tax and the sliding scale with it are both Marxist philosophies that cannot survive in this country. Why punish those who work hard and make good money. Doing this though envy none the less. If there were no income taxes, or a flat tax on whatever you earned, does that not invite people to work harder? Is that not painful enough. Think about a flat tax - If I make $150k per year and you make $50k, Do I not still pay more. My 15% tax would be $22.5k , whereas yours would only be $7.5k. That is still not very fair, but better than what we have now.

The current tax system in place punishes you more, the more you make! Its like a sliding scale of pain as you try to do better for yourself and your family. The only reason to do this, again, is envy. The Slackers in this country thinking that they want to inflict pain on the Americans who produce so they are just as miserable as the Slackers. Nothing comes of it. So I ask, would you rather live in a state of Marxist ideology or Capitalistic?

Uncle Sam's Self Destruction

We've all noticed that our elected officials have been bailing out industry on the back of those who work and on the children of those who work. They are creating generations of debt that we will never be able to pay back. Obama is making us into his slaves and he will control even more of our lives. He is starting by creating a panic in the markets and this is purposeful. It is what is needed to control the people and their ability to stray from government control. If you take away their funding, they have to go the government for just about everything... This is where health care comes in. If government controls health care, and the means of income than they control you.

There have been rumors floating about that Mr. Emmanuel and President "I hate America" want to take away your guns. They do, and they will. Why should you have the ability to defend yourself against them. After all guns are for hunting, right? Wrong. Guns are to protect you and your family from the government. Think about it. Should Uncle Sam be able to steal money from your paycheck? How can that be legal? The only reason for the taxation rate as it is now, is to allow for officials to prop up other people. I'm just shocked at this. If you are one of the people who have worked hard and now make more than $250k per year then you are about to get it even worse. Not only can you no longer have itemized deductions, which will further ruin things like the housing market, but you will also have a higher tax rate. Its just hard to imagine the American people standing for this. Once our guns are taken from us, as has happened in many States already, we will have nothing to defend ourselves and our children from the downfall of our country and the enslavement of our children.

Obama said he was for reparations. He sure is - He will do this through higher taxes and the money will never get to the hands of any of blacks which foolishly voted him into office. The tax money will go directly to him and he will use it to further his control on the American people.

Obama's other "biggie" is his authoritarianism and class warfare. I say, bring it on. If you want real warfare, then lets get into it. Those who are not fools and who do not want to be slaves need to start working on seceesion of their state. Let them fail together and let the freedom this country was founded on continue as it was intended.

Back on the second ammendment, why do you suppose its there? I'd like to think its so we could at any time keep the government in check. If you mix the 2nd ammendment with capitalism, then you have the affect of self regulation for if I have enough money, I can go out and buy myself a jet to protect my land. Sure I could attack others because of my jelousy, but why would I for they would surely have equal firepower. Afterall, I would not be jelous if their wealth was not greater than mine.

Class warfare is on. If they want it, I say we give it to them. Why not. I, for one, refuse to just roll over and let my children be turned into slaves. And there is no possibility of winning over an idealogue like Obama and much of the left through debate. What other option do we have for by the time most of the American people realize what is going on it will be too late and they and their children will have been enslaved. Some will not care, some will think they've finally got "the man". But many will wish they had opened their eyes.

We are in scary times. Those who are Christian, may think we are heading into the End Times and I think they are right. Is Obama the Anti-Christ? Possibly. I wouldn't worry about it too much because he is the enemy. He directly assaults the contsitution, which if he goes through what has been talked about with the Global New Deal, then he should be removed by office.

I do think we are in the end times. I think we are God's last exparament just as Israel before us. We have failed and we, as a country and a civilization will be paying the price. We will be going through a great time of trial and tribulation before there is peace. As Hitler, Obama will try for world domination and he will try through financial means, but then that will fail. He'll then try through diplomacy and this too will fail. His option of last resort will be an all-out war. This will be the final war spoke of in the bible. No use trying to convince you one way or the other about the truth of the bible - you will find out for yourself before your time is up. We are in for troubling and scary times. I hope I'm wrong.
